Lifetime Warranty Protection Plan

For a one-time enrollment fee of $49, the Lifetime Warranty Protection Plan covers your Reconnect hearing aids against manufacturer defects, accidental damage, and water damage for as long as you own your device, beyond the standard 2-year warranty.

What it covers
Manufacturer defects, accidental damage, and water damage to a Reconnect device purchased directly from Reconnect Hearing.

What it does not cover
Loss or theft of your device, damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications, and normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the device's function.

Filing a claim
To file a claim, contact our support team at support@reconnecthearing.com to confirm your coverage and receive return instructions. You will need to ship your device back to us before a replacement is sent. We are unable to ship a replacement device until your original device has been received. This plan covers up to two replacement claims over the life of the plan, and a replacement fee applies at the time of your claim based on your device model.

Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel this plan at any time by contacting support, effective immediately. The plan fee is refundable only if canceled within 60 days of purchase and no claim has been filed.
