We want you to love your Reconnect hearing aids. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Contact our support team at support@reconnecthearing.com or call 239-457-8898. We are available 7 days a week. We will confirm your order and provide a return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us, as returns without authorization may be delayed.

Refund details

Once we receive and process your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (charging case, ear tips, cleaning tool, and cables). This helps us process your refund quickly.

Damaged or defective items

If your Reconnect Hearing aids arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us right away. Defective items are covered under our 2-year warranty and we will repair or replace them at no cost to you.
